My name is Cathie English and I am a Reiki & Karuna Reiki® practitioner/ master teacher as well as a Certified Crystal Healer. South Bay Reiki & Wellness is located in the beautiful Malaga Cove Plaza, above the post office, just a few minutes drive from anywhere in the South Bay - Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & San Pedro. I grew up in the South Bay and being able to bring Reiki home is a joy and a blessing.

I have trained with some of the world's greatest Reiki Masters, including William Rand and Arjava Petter, becoming certified in Jikiden, Karuna®, and Angel Reiki. I am a Certified Crystal Healer, training with the acclaimed Hibiscus Moon. My training has taken me all over the United States, from sunny San Diego to the red rocks of Sedona all the way to the Catskills of New York, and home again, to the South Bay. I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Reiki Professionals and the International Center for Reiki Training. In addition to Reiki, I am also a Conscious Breath practitioner, an ordained minister and spiritual counselor. I incorporate all the tools at my disposal to make your session a unique experience.
